Lyminge
Historical records tell us that Methodists have worshipped in Lyminge in a variety of locations since the 19th century. The current Church building has been open since 1953; the previous building on the same site was hit by a flying bomb during World War 2. Behind the Alter is a wonderful quilt hanging depicting our village full country scene , worked in 4 pieces by local Ethelburga Quilters

Morning Worship:
A warm welcome awaits you at Lyminge Methodist Church. We worship on most Sundays at 11:00, however as a result of developing closer ties with our friends at Elham and Rhodes Minnis; we have a joint service once a month, alternating between the churches. There is also a working relationship between the Anglicans and Methodists in Lyminge some services are shared.
There are no upcoming events to display at this time.
A very wide range of groups and organisations hire our premises resulting in the building being a hive of activity throughout the week.
